Merchandiser / Sampling & Production Coordinator

Pune (On-site) Full-Time

About the Role

We're looking for a Merchandiser / Sampling & Production Coordinator to act as the bridge between designers and manufacturers.

You'll ensure every collection moves smoothly from design → sampling → bulk production, while tracking raw materials, approving samples, and maintaining timelines.

At Bad and Boujee, your work will make sure our creative vision turns into high-quality drops, delivered on schedule.

What You'll Do
  • Share accurate tech packs & design intent with vendors.
  • Coordinate all samples (proto, fit, PP, bulk) → approvals with design & ops.
  • Track raw materials (fabric, trims, labels, packaging) → no delays.
  • Maintain production calendar aligned with drop launches.
  • Conduct QC checks during sampling & ensure bulk matches approved samples.
  • Report weekly to Creative Head + Head of Ops.
Who You Are
  • 1–3 yrs experience in merchandising / production coordination (apparel).
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction.
  • Excel / Google Sheets savvy for trackers & dashboards.
  • Excellent communicator with vendors + design team.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive.
