Key Responsibility Areas:

Support Reporting manager in following responsibilities:

1.Business Growth & Strategy Development

- External market studies

- Analyze industry trends and market opportunities to identify growth areas and market segments.

- Conduct risk assessments for identifying contingency plans.

2. Benchmarking:

- Monitor competitors and benchmark the company's performance against industry leaders.

3. Differentiation Strategies:

- Develop strategies to position the organization uniquely in the marketplace.

4. Strategy key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategy implementation success.

Data-Driven Insights:

- Use analytics and performance metrics for informed strategic decisions.

Project Management & Coordination:

- Engage with stakeholders for the monitoring of various initiatives and projects

Cost Management:

- Analyze cost-saving opportunities while maintaining efficiency and productivity.
