Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and driven Video Editor / Content Editor to join our

marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking ownership and end-to-end

management of all video production requirements. This role involves overseeing the entire video

production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and

engaging content that aligns with Mygate’s brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, and post- production.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content that aligns with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content requirements and create compelling video content for various channels (social media, website, app, etc.).
• Oversee the scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for video projects.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of internal teams and external partners, such as videographers, editors, and graphic designers.
• Ensure all video content is of high quality, delivered on time, and meets the specified requirements.
• Manage and maintain video equipment and production assets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video production to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of content.
• Optimize video content for different platforms and formats.
• Maintain an organized archive of video footage and related materials for easy retrieval and
• future use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of managing successful video projects.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
• Knowledge of video production equipment and techniques.
• Experience in optimizing video content for various platforms and understanding of video SEO.
