Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior HR Cum Admin Person for a full-time role based in Delhi. This position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in HR and administrative functions. The selected candidate will manage HR operations, support office management, and ensure compliance with regulations, contributing to seamless business operations and talent acquisition.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement for employees.
  • Capability to develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Experience in office management ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities.
  • Skilled in recruiting and onboarding processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent within the organization.
  • Expertise in managing employee relations and addressing grievances, fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks to ensure adherence to legal HR standards and practices.
  • Ability to implement performance management systems and monitor employee performance and development.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different departments and support company objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HR team for recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage payroll systems and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring smooth transition and integration into the organization.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases with precision and confidentiality.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to improve company culture and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies, updating the management on any changes.
  • Assist in performance appraisals and contribute to the development of employee growth plans.
  • Oversee general office management tasks to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
