We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can own the Talent Acquisition vertical to deliver world-class service to our clients in the USA. The ideal candidate comes with over 10 years of experience into talent acquisition, has a wide array of recruiting experience from niche positions to volume hiring and has managed a team before. This is a high visibility role and requires a lot of aggression and passion for the job. The Head would be responsible for driving the strategic and operational Talent Acquisition (TA) Plan.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILIOTIES

  • Address key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives
  • Manage and optimize on the TA team’s output ensuring delivery on the promised hiring numbers
  • Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective active and passive candidates using a variety of channels/sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment etc
  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts - additionally build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Leverage our Skilent Platform to conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders
  • Conduct regular training for the team on new hiring standards and protocols
  • Should have a good understanding of the latest sourcing trends leveraging tools like , Github, Twitter, Stackoverflow, Lever etc.
  • Should be required to keep the team motivated and deliver candidates on time and under budget


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition and growth, with experience in all stages: sourcing, recruiting, performance management, training and culture development, resulting in meeting and beating expectations.
  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a reputed College. MBA is a Plus.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Expertise in creating and implementing recruiting and HR processes that streamline and speed up activities, such as candidate pipeline tracking, on-boarding, performance reviews, leaves management etc.
  • Advanced skills with recruiting and HR tools, such as Lever, Taleo, Hired, Hire and SparkHire.
  • Strong network of Recruiters and Agencies to fill up a pipeline fast.
  • Advanced consultative, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with proven expertise in elevating team members to a level of high performance.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyze and present data, and drive clear insights into decisions that improve KPIs.


REQUIREMENTS and ROLE

This is a Key position for the company, and we are looking for candidates who are critical thinkers and seeking long term growth in the company. The working hours are during the Night Shift (US hours) 7:00PM to 7:00AM

4 days a week. Compensation is commensurate with the ideal candidate’s experience.
