Role Overview :


As a Lead Technical Consultant at CEI, you will be responsible for leading a variety of technical and consulting initiatives. You will play a key role in providing expert technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting services.


You will also contribute to sales-related activities and stakeholder management, with direct involvement in projects that use .NET Core, Angular or React, and Azure services. In addition, you will handle team leadership responsibilities, guiding both technical direction and team development.


This is a full-time position based in Chennai, offering a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.


Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :


1. Technical Leadership :


- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions using .NET Core, Angular/React, and Azure services.


- Provide hands-on coding when necessary, setting the standard for code quality and development practices.


- Manage end-to-end technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.


2. Stakeholder Management :


- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met through tailored solutions.


- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (business, technical, sales) to drive alignment on project goals and outcomes.


3. Team Leadership :


- Lead and mentor a technical team, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities.


- Oversee task assignments, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations.


- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and growth.


4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting :


- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting across the entire technology stack, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


- Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to prevent disruptions.


5. Consulting & Advisory :


- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and advise on the best technology solutions to meet their needs.


- Provide consulting expertise in areas such as cloud migration, modernization, and system architecture.


6. Sales Support :


- Contribute to pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise in discussions with prospective clients.


- Prepare and present proposals, technical demos, and solution designs to support the sales process.


7. Project Management (Optional) :


- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.


- Ensure all projects align with best practices and meet or exceed client Stack :


- .NET Core


- Angular or React


- Azure :


- Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.


- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical support skills.


-Hands-on experience with .NET Core, Angular/React, and Azure services.


- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams.


- Experience in stakeholder management and consulting.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.


- Sales skills and experience supporting technical pre-sales activities.


- Experience with project management is a plus.
