Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients while managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track client interactions, and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in account management, business development, or sales in IT, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with customer onboarding and retention processes.
