Responsibilities:

  • Contacting existing and potential customers to inform them about our services using scripts.
  • Accurately recording details of customer interactions and sales orders.
  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team.
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
  • Developing and maintaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Staying informed about product updates and making suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a telesales or similar customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; additional local languages are a plus.
