Pre-revenue startup with 6 active mandates, racing to close first deal by December 2025.We're building the future of M&A in India, combining institutional-quality advisory with AI-powered automation.Work directly with Founder + Ops Lead on real deal execution.Core Responsibilities:Deal operations:NDAs, data rooms, weekly founder touchpoints Investor/buyer research:Database building, outreach campaigns, CRM management Event coordination:Post-event follow-ups and future business development events Systems building:Templates, SOPs, process documentation Content support:LinkedIn posts, case studies, pitch materialReality Check: 70% operations, 30% research/coordination. Not finance modeling.
