Job Title: Managed Services InternLocation:Remote, India Type:Internship (6 months, full-time) Work Hours:Flexible, with strong overlap to US business hours. We work with growth-stage and enterprise revenue teams to lift qualified conversations and shorten time to first meeting.We’re backed by UC Berkeley and seasoned operators from leading GTM organizations. As we scale, we’re building a managed services team that combines consulting discipline with operational excellence—helping our clients realize measurable revenue outcomes from day one.This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to client delivery, analytics, and SaaS operations in a fast-paced, global environment.What You’ll Do Support client delivery teams by preparing research reports and campaign data files Configure and test AI-powered playbooks that automate prospect research and outreach Assist in creating performance dashboards and weekly reports for client stakeholders Conduct data cleaning, enrichment, and validation tasks to ensure accuracy Document workflows and contribute to playbooks and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with consultants and analysts on live client projects Learn to work across multiple tools, including CRM and sales engagement platformsWhat You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree (or currently in final year) in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative/technical field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with data tools a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Curiosity to learn about SaaS, analytics, and GTM operations Flexibility to align work rhythm with client needs across time zonesNice-to-Have Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience with Python, SQL, or data visualization tools Prior internship experience in analytics, operations, or technology consultingDuration and Stipend Duration: 6 months (Full-time, remote) Stipend: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time offer as Managed Services Associate (CTC: ₹8 LPA + performance-based bonuses).How to Apply Email your resume to careers@addpipeline.ai with the subject: “Managed Services Intern – Your Name.”Include a short note on one project or internship where you worked with data, improved a process, or delivered a measurable outcome.
