Working days- 5 days.

Location- Hyderabad

Minimum Experience- 5+ years

Preference- Staffing Sales /HRMS Solution Sales


Job Purpose:

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Enterprise / Corporate Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. The AGM will oversee the development and execution of sales plans, build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, and ensure that sales targets and revenue goals are achieved.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

•Enterprise Sales Leadership:

Drive the enterprise sales strategy, fostering relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.


•Client Acquisition:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and positioning Univo's education solutions as a strategic asset.


•Industry Exposure:

Leverage a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in HR products or related industries, to navigate corporate landscapes effectively or experience of working with CXOs.


•Strategic Partnerships:

Collaborate with universities, corporations, and HR professionals to tailor educational solutions that align with organizational goals.


•Pipeline Management:

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.


Requirements:

•Minimum 5 Years Experience: Proven track record in enterprise sales, demonstrating success in client acquisition and revenue generation.

•Corporate Dealing Expertise: Previous experience dealing with corporates and exposure to HR products or relevant industry.

•Education Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the education sector, especially corporate learning solutions, is advantageous.

•Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.

•Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to tailor Univo's offerings to diverse corporate needs.
