Insight Global are seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to join one of their energy leading clients in Mumbai, India. This client is a key player in the global lubricant industry, operating under a major global energy company. They excels in automotive, industrial, and marine lubricants, with a century of market leadership. With a robust presence includes three blending plants, 330 distributors, and 100,000+ retail outlets. They develop limitless success, offering employees a dynamic learning environment and opportunities. This role will support the expansion of digital footprint and innovate brand strategies. You will oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including video, blog posts, social media, and website content. Additionally, you will oversee deployment, including creating briefs, creative development, deal closures, and financial administration. Strategic media partnerships and influencer collaborations are crucial in driving our brand forward. You will be responsible for forging new partnerships with brand ambassedors, influencers, etc., manage existing relationships, and deploy innovative sponsorship initiatives. The goal is to amplify brand presence across digital platforms and foster deeper engagement with consumers, mechanics, and dealers. Additionally, you will oversee all content integrations, including in film, in show, with partners (auto portals), influencers, website content, and e-commerce content. This role will be an indivual contributor. The team is expected to be on-site 3-days a week minimum.

  • Experience in media, content, or social media agency
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deploy content plans at scale
  • Project management experience to support end-to-end content creation
  • Ability to work on more than one project at any given time
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure and reporting campaign performance and data
  • High attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet and exceed business requirements
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Post graduate degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
