Role Description

ICD Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist based in India, working remotely to support operations in the Middle East and India. Reporting directly to the CMO, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving the company’s communication, market research, lead generation, sales enablement, and marketing strategy initiatives to support growth and build brand visibility. The role will also require occasional travel to Dubai for team collaboration, event support, and strategic meetings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote cybersecurity tools, data management platforms, and enterprise services.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and targeted content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website updates, to engage CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, and enterprise leaders.
  • Digital Advertising: Plan and manage digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and to drive lead generation and elevate brand visibility.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and support virtual and in-person events (e.g., webinars, podcasts, trade shows) for the Middle East and India markets, ensuring seamless execution and attendee engagement.
  • Analytics and AI Tools: Leverage AI-driven tools to analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and enhance audience targeting and personalization.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, audience needs, and competitive strategies, particularly in the tech and cybersecurity sectors.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with business development, sales, and product teams to create impactful marketing collateral, case studies, and promotional materials.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other platforms, optimizing ROI and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strategic Support: Assist the CMO in planning and executing broader strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with ICD Technologies’ mission and objectives.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in technology, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions industries.
  • Proven expertise in organizing and managing virtual events and coordinating physical events remotely.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Ads, SEO tools) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools for campaign optimization and data-driven audience insights.
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills, with a proven ability to create engaging content for technical and enterprise audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with event marketing, including pre-event promotions, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across remote teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Dubai for in-person meetings and events.
