Enabled by innovative technologies, key offerings include HR and recruitment solutions, Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), In-House and Professional services, and outplacement and career transition services.Who you are:- has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units - manages important client & internal relationships with guidance from senior management - develops and/or delivers a plan and outcomes for an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues. - develops procedures for areas of expertise - monitors SLA/KPI performance to control and improve team performance & productivity - identifies opportunities to better serve client needs - provides coaching and mentoring to team members and TLsDifferentiators- develops and shares best practices with the global GBS community - manages the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems - can apply understanding of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions without supervisionImpact:- Erroneous decisions may possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time; human resources, and fundsEducation:Bachelor’s degree requiredWork Experience:5-7 years of relevant experience3+ years in RPO environmentJob requirements:- Strong customer focus and customer service skills - Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills - Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data - Track record of high achievement - Demonstrated success working on teams - At least 2 years of experience in being accountable for the performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of employees - Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver against predetermined objectives - Proven experiences in addressing complex issues and developing recommended solutions - college or university degree or the equivalent work experienceTechnical requirments:Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and SlidesProficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and applicable toolscore competencies:- Delighting people - Performing today - Leading change - Securing the futurerandstad offers you:- An opportunity to work for a global market leader in HR services with industry recognition - Continuous learning and development opportunities - An dynamic, innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment - The chance to lead a talented and driven team and be a visionary leader
