We’re looking for anAssociate Creative Director (Art)with5–8 years of experience— someone passionate abouthealth, wellness, and pharmawho can translate complex ideas into powerful, human, and visually compelling stories. If you have a strong design sensibility, a keen understanding of healthcare communication, and the drive to create work that informs, inspires, and changes behavior — we want to meet you. What You’ll Do: Lead concept, visualization, execution & direction of healthcare and wellness campaigns across formats Partner closely with copy, strategy, and medical content teams to deliver meaningful brand stories Maintain high creative standards and ensure scientific accuracy meets creative impact Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients Mentor, guide, and inspire the creative team to push for brave, purposeful work What We’re Looking For: 5–8 yearsof experience inart direction/creative leadership , ideally withinhealthcare, wellness, or pharmaadvertising Astrong portfolioshowcasing conceptual thinking and design craft across print, digital, film, and integrated campaigns Ability tosimplify complex medical ideasinto visually engaging narratives Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and curious about the science behind every brief A degree in any discipline —great ideas don’t need prescriptions
