We are building India’s strongest Gen-Z focused fashion-tech brand — fast-paced, premium, creative, and deeply visual.To bring this vision alive, we need a Production Head who can own the entire content creation pipeline and deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround, brand-consistent visual content at scale.⸻🎯 Role OverviewThe Production Lead will lead pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production for all content at STYLZ — including ads, brand films, social content, app walkthroughs, stylist videos, influencer shoots, and campaign assets.This role demands speed, creativity, leadership, and operational excellence.You will build and manage a 360° production ecosystem — writers, editors, cinematographers, stylists, studios, vendors — and ensure every piece of content reflects STYLZ’s premium brand identity.⸻🔥 Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Production (Planning & Concepting) • Convert campaign ideas into actionable production plans. • Build shot lists, scripts, storyboards, and visual references. • Source locations, models, talent, props, lighting, wardrobe, etc. • Finalize budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with Creative Director, Marketing, and Founder’s office for approvals. • Ensure every shoot aligns with STYLZ brand tone: premium, fast-paced, Gen-Z, aesthetic.⸻2. Production (Shoot Execution) • Lead all shoots — ads, campaigns, reels, UGC, stylists, founders, product videos. • Manage cinematographers, DOPs, art directors, stylists, and production crew. • Ensure lighting, framing, styling, and set design match brand quality. • Troubleshoot on-set issues and keep shoots on schedule. • Oversee equipment management (cameras, audio, gimbals, lighting, rigs). • Guarantee efficient shoot days with planned outputs and deliverables.⸻3. Post-Production (Editing & Delivery) • Manage editors, motion designers, colorists, and sound engineers. • Build a fast-turnaround system for daily/weekly content output. • Ensure consistent color grading, transitions, typography, and brand visual identity. • Review edits and give creative + technical feedback. • Maintain a high-quality bar even with speed. • Deliver final assets across formats (reels, YT, ads, banners, app videos).⸻4. Team Leadership & Operations • Build and lead an in-house production team. • Manage freelancers, agencies, and external vendors. • Create SOPs for shoots, editing pipelines, file management, asset delivery. • Track KPIs: output volume, quality ratings, turnaround time, cost efficiency. • Maintain a production calendar for weekly brand content & campaigns.⸻5. Brand & Creative Alignment • Work closely with Founder to ensure storytelling aligns with STYLZ vision. • Understand fashion, aesthetics, Gen-Z design language, color theory, and trend-led visuals. • Maintain consistency across all visual assets — no compromises. • Push creative boundaries while protecting brand identity.⸻💼 Requirements • 3-10 years in production, filmmaking, media, creative agencies, or D2C brand production. • Strong experience in fashion content, lifestyle brands, or tech-led storytelling. • Deep understanding of lighting, cameras (Sony/Canon), framing, color grading. • Hands-on experience managing editors, DOPs, stylists, and full production teams. • Ability to run multiple shoots simultaneously. • Strong project management & communication skills. • Ability to deliver fast-paced output without sacrificing quality.⸻⭐ Nice-to-Have • Experience in Gen-Z brands, short-form content, or startups. • Knowledge of AI content tools (Runway, Midjourney, etc.). • Ability to craft visually aesthetic frames for fashion & styling videos.⸻🚀 What You’ll Impact at STYLZ • Build one of India’s strongest creative production engines. • Shape the visual identity of a next-gen fashion-tech brand. • Scale content output for launch, brand films, performance marketing, and influencer marketing. • Create content that sets new standards in Indian fashion-tech.
