Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

- Apply strong attention to detail in all aspects of research, analysis, and reporting.

- Use critical thinking to evaluate information, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based on data findings.

- Collaborate with members of your own team and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of insights.

- Plan and execute data research and analysis under the guidance of senior members of the analytics team.

- Manage tasks efficiently, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.

- Demonstrate initiative and ownership by taking responsibility for assigned projects and contributing innovative ideas.

- Contribute to knowledge management by maintaining accurate and organized research documentation.

- Support the team in generating reports and visualizations that present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in data collection and analysis.

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, especially in cross-functional environments.

- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to task ownership and execution.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python; data visualization skills are a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with research methodologies and frameworks for data analysis.

- Experience in working within teams on multiple projects and managing priorities.

- Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
