Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Jewellery Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining client relationships in the jewellery sector. A strong background in jewellery product knowledge and sales performance analysis is essential.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Jewellery product knowledge to effectively communicate the value and craftsmanship to customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Possess strong sales performance analysis skills for identifying trends and enhancing sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to foster long-term client relations and repeat business.
  • Skilled in using point of sale software to facilitate seamless and accurate sales transactions.
  • Ability to execute visual merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that attract customers.
  • Experience in leveraging social media marketing for promoting jewellery collections and engaging potential customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sales deals and handle customer inquiries effectively.

  • Manage jewellery inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and order accuracy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct detailed sales performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and increase brand visibility.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all sales activities.
  • Regularly update and maintain the point of sale system with accurate product and customer information.
