About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Operations Specialist to drive the rapid expansion of our B2G (Business-to-Government) segment. This pivotal role will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goal of tripling Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within the next few months. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional financial acumen, and proven experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, particularly within the government sector. This is a high-impact opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead significant growth and contribute to the company's overall Performance & Growth:

- Oversee the financial performance and health of the B2G segment, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth targets.

- Develop and manage comprehensive financial forecasts, including long-term concession planning, revenue projections, and growth strategies.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Drive profitability by optimizing revenue streams, managing costs, and improving operational efficiency.

Business Development & Stakeholder Management:

- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the B2G space, including proactively bidding for new government projects and forming strategic consortiums.

- Manage the existing portfolio of assets, closely collaborating with State and Central transport departments to drive operational success and ensure contract compliance.

- Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), contractors, and other critical stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and maintain strong relationships.

- Navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure adherence to all relevant government policies and procedures.

Inorganic Growth & Operational Efficiency:

- Identify and pursue inorganic growth opportunities, working closely with the corporate finance team to assess potential acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.

- Conduct due diligence and develop business cases for potential inorganic growth initiatives.

- Implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining or improving operational efficiency across the portfolio, leveraging technology and process optimization.

- Manage large order books.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the B2G segment's growth targets and objectives.

- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the segment's performance and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in operations, business development, or related roles within the B2G sector.

- Proven track record of successfully managing a large order book and leading a highly profitable business.

- Extensive experience in winning government bids, managing diverse stakeholders, and operating with a high degree of ownership.

- Strong financial acumen, including experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.

- Excellent understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong leadership skills, executive presence, and high integrity. -

- Ability to roll up your sleeves and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in managing relationships with state and central transport departments.

- Experience in the transportation sector is a strong plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to travel as needed.
