Key Responsibilities:

  • Netsuite Application Support: Provide timely technical support for Netsuite processes, addressing and resolving user queries related to various functionalities and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • System Maintenance & Enhancements: Set up, maintain, and customize dashboards, create saved searches, and configure reports in alignment with business requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize KPI metrics to regularly monitor Netsuite system performance and assist in generating reports to provide insights.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot application-related issues, providing solutions or escalating to higher technical teams when necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and processes to build a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.


Required Qualifications:

  • Netsuite Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Netsuite application, including functional processes and general workflow.
  • Dashboard & Reports: Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining dashboards, saved searches, and configuring reports.
  • KPI Metrics: Proficiency in using KPI metrics for system performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Certification: Netsuite functional certification is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a similar Netsuite support role.
  • Familiarity with user management and system configurations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
