Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for NetSuite implementations, particularly in areas like Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Financials (AR/AP/GL), Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, and SuiteTax.

- Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow (workflow automation), and SuiteTalk (integration) to ensure seamless functionality and automation of business processes.

- Collaborate with business teams to design and implement workflow automations and process improvements that increase system efficiency.

- Integrate NetSuite with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs to ensure smooth data exchange and operational synergy.

- Create and maintain custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards using SuiteAnalytics to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

- Implement role-based security and define sharing rules and permissions at the custom field and record level to safeguard data integrity and privacy.

- Provide support during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, troubleshooting issues and refining solutions before go-live.

- Offer ongoing support for financial modules, CRM functions, and other NetSuite applications to resolve user issues and ensure smooth operations.

- Train end-users on new features, reports, workflows, and dashboards, and provide documentation for new system enhancements and customizations.

Technical Skill Set :

- Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript) for creating custom scripts, automating business processes, and extending NetSuite functionality.

- Expertise in using SuiteFlow for designing and implementing workflow automation to streamline business processes and improve system efficiency.

- Hands-on experience with SuiteTalk, NetSuite's web services platform, to integrate NetSuite with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs for seamless data exchange and operational alignment.

- Strong skills in JavaScript to develop custom scripts, including client-side and server-side solutions, within the NetSuite environment.

- Proficiency in HTML and SQL for developing custom forms, creating reports, and querying data within NetSuite.

- Deep understanding of ERP systems, especially in financial modules (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets) and CRM functionalities, to support and implement solutions that meet business needs.

- Expertise in using SuiteAnalytics to build custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions.

- Experience with data migration techniques, particularly CSV imports, master data management, and ensuring data accuracy during the NetSuite implementation process.

- Experience in conducting system testing, including UAT, to ensure that customizations and configurations work as expected, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
