Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial statements (including Consolidated Financials) in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IND-AS, IFRS).- Managing and liaising with Auditors (Internal/External) for audit closures, including schedule submissions and responding to audit queries.- Handling and deriving Finance projects like accounting software improvements, automations, process control enhancement, etc.- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, including board presentations.- Analysing financial data for trends, variances, and performance improvement opportunities.- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.- Oversee account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.- Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies.- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards, ensuring the organization's compliance.Key Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; CA preferred.- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, accounting, or auditing.- Strong understanding of accounting standards (IND-AS, IFRS, or GAAP).- Proficiency in ERP and financial systems (preferably SAP).- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
