We bring pesticide-free, and residue-free food products from Indian farms to urban consumers through leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and Blinkit.Role Overview:Were seeking a data-driven, high-energy Category & Account Manager for DeHaat Honest Farms to own and scale our presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. This role combines P&L ownership, brand execution, supply chain coordination, and growth hacking with a strong focus on managing PO operations and ensuring flawless execution.Key Management- Own category strategy and assortment planning for all online platforms- Optimize pricing, promos, and pack-size architecture for better conversions- Benchmark competition and identify gaps/opportunities in portfolioAccount Management- Act as the single point of contact for key accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Blinkit- Drive joint business planning, negotiate platform visibility and investments- Manage campaigns, offers, and listing hygiene in close coordination with platform teamsAgency Partnership & Campaign Strategy- Coordinate with agency on daily basis and closely monitor campaign startegy- Ensuring proper campaign reporting and reporting to senior management- Co-Own platform-wise GMV, volume, margins, and return on marketing spends- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and deep-dives to flag risks/opportunitiesGrowth Initiatives- Run experiments across platforms regional bundling, flash sales, seasonal SKUs- Partner with internal teams to build platform-specific content, creatives, and offers- Explore and drive newer online commerce opportunities (ONDC, new platforms)- Cross-functional Coordination- Liaise with internal ops, finance, brand, content and performance marketing teams- Ensure smooth execution of visibility campaigns, price changes, and inventory planning- Own key platform partnerships and drive quarterly growth reviewsIdeal Candidate 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, Q-comm, or category management in FMCG- Prior experience with Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, or Amazon Seller Central- Comfortable with platform portals and ecomm tools for PO and performance trackingSkills:- Strong in Excel, data handling, and decision-making through numbers- Understands commercial levers margins, platform commissions, discounting, etc.- Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and platform POCs- Execution-first mindset with high accountabilityWhy Join Us?- Play a pivotal role in scaling an honest, farm-first FMCG brand in India- Own large-scale growth across the most exciting retail formats Q-comm & e-comm- High visibility, ownership-driven culture, and the opportunity to work with the leadership team- Own relationships with platform and creative/performance agencies- Plan and oversee campaign strategy execution across Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit,etc.- Track effectiveness of campaigns in collaboration with agency teams and performance partners- Drive weekly agency reviews and ensure platform-specific creatives and messaging are aligned with consumer insights and goals (ref:iimjobs.com)
