Roles and Responsibilities:.

- Lead and manage AI programs from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program requirements and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and - expectation management.

- Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain program momentum.

- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, optimizing efficiency and productivity within AI programs.

- Monitor program performance and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders.

- Champion continuous improvement and innovation within AI program management practices, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to program teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Education Qualification:.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- Certification required:.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
