- The Marketing Manager for the Sirius Digitech in Kolkata will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives.


- This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with 10-14 years of experience in the Technology Sector, preferably in Artificial Intelligence.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing plans to promote the company's products and services while aligning with Adani's values of innovation, sustainability, and 10-14 years of Marketing experience in the Technology Sector

- Proven track record of successful marketing strategies in the Artificial Intelligence industry

- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a high-performing marketing team

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of the company's Artificial Intelligence products and services.

- Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Artificial Intelligence industry.

- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, case studies, and white papers.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners

- Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and engagement

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.

- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, integrating innovative approaches into the marketing plans.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand reputation and network with potential clients

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Master's degree or MBA in Marketing or a relevant discipline (preferred)

Certification Required:

- Professional certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing

- Certifications in Artificial Intelligence or Technology Marketing (preferred)

Behavioral Skills:

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities

- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for innovation and continuous learning

Technical Skills:

- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and applications
