Job Description – Inside Sales Specialist (ERP Products) Experience:2–4 Years Industry:ERP / CRM / HCM / Enterprise Software Employment Type:Full-Time Location:Hyderabad Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and target-drivenInside Sales Specialistwith hands-on experience in sellingERP solutions . The ideal candidate should have previously worked with ERP platforms such asZoho, Odoo, SAP B1, Tally, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics , or similar enterprise software products. The role involves lead generation, prospect qualification, product pitching, online demos, and supporting the complete sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns. Sell ERP, CRM, and HCM solutions to SMB and enterprise clients. Understand customer business processes and identify ERP requirements. Conduct online product presentations and coordinate demos with pre-sales teams. Manage the inside sales cycle from lead qualification to opportunity closure. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on commercial discussions. Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with field sales and implementation teams to support deal closures. Track competitor offerings (Zoho, Odoo, etc.) and market trends. Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of experience in inside sales of ERP / enterprise software products. Prior experience withZoho, Odoo , or similar ERP platforms is highly preferred. Strong understanding of business workflows (Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR, Procurement). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM tools for lead and pipeline management. Strong follow-up discipline and customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
