We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Developer - Angular to join our frontend development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of robust and scalable web applications using Angular, Angular Material, and PrimeNG. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring excellent performance and user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of complex frontend applications using Angular.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Work closely with customers and their teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely delivery.

- Provide prompt updates to customers and internal teams regarding project progress and issues.

- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.

- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Angular trends and best practices.

- Quickly become familiar with new technologies and integrate them into projects as needed.

- Develop and maintain daily plans, progress reports, and updates.

- Contribute to project planning and estimation.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

- Extensive experience with Angular, Angular Material, and PrimeNG.

- Strong proficiency in JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

- Deep understanding of Angular architecture and best practices.

- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.

- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
