Role Overview:We are seeking aLead – App Integratorwith deep expertise inGoogle Cloud App Integrationto design, lead, and deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions for our digital banking ecosystem. The role involvesarchitecting and orchestrating complex workflowsthat integrate banking systems with platforms likeSalesforce,Amazon Redshift, andcore databases, while ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You will lead a team of integration developers and collaborate with architecture, API, and cloud engineering teams to deliver reliable, automated, and future-ready integration services.Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Architecture Lead the design and delivery ofintegration workflowsusingGoogle Cloud App Integration. Define and oversee integration architecture aligning with enterprise and banking standards. Architectend-to-end service orchestrationinvolvingApigee APIs,Pub/Sub,BigQuery,Cloud Functions, andAppSheet / Apps Script. Drive best practices forconnectors integration—Salesforce,Redshift,Core Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), and3rd-party fintech systems. Establishstandards, frameworks, and reusable componentsfor integration design and automation.Delivery & Development Oversight:- Lead and mentor a team of App Integration Developers to deliver high-quality integration solutions. Review solution designs, flows, and mappings for scalability, error handling, and security. EnsureAPI orchestration,workflow automation, andevent-drivendesigns are efficiently implemented. Manage and optimizedata flow,transformation logic, andtrigger-based automationsacross systems. Collaborate with API and backend teams to ensure seamless integration acrossApigee,Salesforce,core banking APIs etc.Governance & Operations:- Implement governance forintegration versioning, documentation, and change management. Overseemonitoring, logging, and alertingfor integration workflows and connectors. Ensure adherence toRBI, PCI DSS, anddata securitycompliance guidelines. Partner with Cloud Ops to implementCI/CD,Git-based version control, andautomated deploymentsusingCloud Build / Jenkins.Required Skills & Experience: 8–12 years of IT experience, with5+ years in enterprise integrationand2+ years in Google Cloud App Integration(or similar iPaaS platforms). Strong hands-on experience with: Google Cloud App Integration,Apigee,Pub/Sub,BigQuery. Salesforce Connector,Redshift Connector, andDatabase Connectors (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL) Expertise inREST API design,Webhooks,JSON/XML, anddata mapping. Strong knowledge ofservice orchestration,event-driven patterns, andworkflow automation. Proficiency withOAuth 2.0,JWT,mTLS, andsecure credential managementin GCP. Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines,Git,Cloud Build, orJenkins. Proven experience inleading technical teams, conductingdesign reviews, and enforcinggovernance standards. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have: Exposure toOpen Banking,partner APIs, andRBI compliance frameworks. Experience withKafka / Pub/Subfor event streaming. Google Cloud certifications (Apigee, Integration Specialist, or Cloud Architect) preferred.Education:-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science,Information Technology, or related field.
