Location : Bangalore.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract qualified candidates for VLSI positions.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand and culture to potential candidates, highlighting the benefits of working at Wafer Space.
  • Data and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Semicon (VLSI) recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an VLSI Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the Semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of VLSI roles, technical skills, and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
