Title: Engineer (ME - Toolroom)Experience level : 1 to 3 yearsCore Responsibilities:- Execute Proto engine Assembly, Testing, Painting and Packing Process. - Establish Facility/Process for new or modified engines. - Conduct Proto trails and execute Engine proto assembly as per plan. - Prepare and update process documents/work instruction, tool lists. - Establish new fastening tools and assembly fixtures. - Conduct time, motion, and work study. - Execute Process change management for continual improvement through Productivity, Quality, Cost, and Safety. - Update programs for new Electrical fastening tools and Testing cycles in respective software. - Execute Process improvement and Quality improvement by implementation of different levels of Poka-Yoke, Low cost automations, and work standardization.Essential Skills & KnowledgeMust have Knowledge of following- Assembly, Testing, Painting and Packing process, preferably in the Engine industry. - Tightening techniques and fastening tools. - Motion study, capacity planning & Cycle time calculation. - Process and costing. - Technical Drawing & Standards: - Component and assembly drawing. - GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and Drawing reading. - Engine terminology and their measurement methods.In Quality & Management Systems:- Knowledge of systems like ISO/TS, Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices. - Software & Equipment: - Testing software and drafting (AutoCAD) software. - Material handling systems and equipment.Soft Skills:- Proactive, innovative, team player
