Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6 to 10 years Timings : 12-9 PM Budget: up to 33 LPA(any special cases please discuss) Job Type: Permanent Work mode: Hybrid (2 days/week) Mode of interview : Virtual(3 Rounds)JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Seeking 2 experienced Salesforce Senior Developers (Core Developers – Not Admins) to support our client in their Claim Administration platform built on Salesforce.Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex, custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce Manage and work with core and managed packages in Salesforce Implement and maintain Custom Authentication Providers Handle integrations with: Point-to-point connections Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to external server restrictions Follow best practices using Git for version control Ensure 100%-unit test coverage and execute QA test cases to validate functionality Participate in and deliver demos covering: Technical aspects (code, architecture); non-technical aspects (features, business use cases) Documentation walkthroughs Collaborate closely with onshore/offshore teams in agile environment Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the technology community Ensure compliance with architectural and engineering policies, standards and procedures Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure that project deliverables meet required specificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS Formal Education and Certification: College or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems or related field of study, and/or 6+ years equivalent work experience. Certifications applicable to the position are desirable Knowledge and Experience – Required 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Core Developer Strong command over: Apex classes, triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce Git (not SVN) for source control Proven experience working on very custom-built Salesforce applications Experience with: Custom Auth Providers Package management (Managed & Core Packages) Point-to-point integrations Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning framework Ability to work with QA teams: Read and execute test casesKnowledge and Experience – Desirable Prior experience in Claim Administration domain Salesforce certifications Experience with Azure-based integrations Familiarity with secure data transfer practices and external server limitationsPersonal Attributes and Abilities Self-motivated and directed Highly logical and technically skilled Keen attention to detail Ability to effectively establish/follow task prioritization and execute multiple assignments through a myriad of changing business processes, regulatory requirements, availability of team members, shifting priorities and requests for service Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly Very strong customer service orientation Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills targeted to the appropriate audience Proven creative analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
