We specialize in: • Architecture (Dedicated Resource Model) • Scan-to-BIM (S2B) • MEPF Coordination & BIM With 200+ production team members in India, we aim to be the #1 BIM outsourcing partner for the US market.We are targeting ₹100 CR revenue in FY 2026–27, and the CMO role is critical to achieve this vision.Role Overview: We are hiring a data-driven, growth-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will build and scale the end-to-end marketing engine responsible for: • Multi-channel demand generation • Inbound growth • ABM (Tier 1 & 2) • SEO + Paid Ads • Content + Sales Enablement • CRM + Analytics • AI-driven marketing • Full-funnel GTM strategy Your mission:Drive ₹50–60 CR pipeline contribution to support VBS reaching ₹100 CR+.Key Responsibilities:1. Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership • Own 50–60% of revenue pipeline • Build TOFU/MOFU/BOFU funnels • Improve inbound acquisition • Reduce CAC, improve SQL rate2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) • Build Tier 1 and Tier 2 ABM waves • Deploy multi-stakeholder engagement plans • Create personalized content packs3. Performance & Growth Marketing • Manage LinkedIn Ads + Google Ads • Optimize CTRs, conversions, ROAS • Scale search + retargeting campaigns4. SEO & Content Leadership • Create keyword clusters • Manage content calendar (blogs, videos, case studies, webinars) • Build high-quality lead magnets5. Website & Conversion Optimization • Improve website conversion rate (2% → 5%) • Oversee LP design, analytics & CRO6. Marketing Operations & Analytics • Own GA4, Tag Manager, Zoho CRM/Campaigns • Build weekly funnel dashboards • Maintain attribution accuracy7. Sales Alignment • Work closely with VP Sales • Ensure frictionless MQL → SQL workflow • Build sales enablement assets 8. Leadership & Team Building • Lead a team of SEO, PPC, content, ABM, creative, and ops • Manage agencies & freelancers • Build a high-performance culture8. Required Experience Mandatory: • 10–15 years in B2B marketing • 5+ years leading demand generation • US market experience (AEC/BIM preferred) • Hands-on with ads, SEO, ABM, CRM • Managed ₹5–10 CR yearly marketing budget • Experience scaling pipeline in fast-growth companies Non-negotiable competencies: • Pipeline ownership > not just leads • Evidence of real ABM campaigns • Strong analytics, CAC, CPL, SQL understanding • Leadership across cross-functional teams ________________________________________9.
