Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Management:

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Conduct regular sales coaching and training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales environment.

Sales & Business Development:

- Drive revenue growth by aggressively prospecting for new leads with substantial ticket sizes and long-term potential within the BFSI sector.

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads moving towards closure.

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective leadership, team collaboration, and persuasive sales strategies.

- Communicate the value proposition of Winjit's Fintech solutions to C-level executives and other key decision-makers, highlighting the positive impact on their business objectives.

- Secure new clients through compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Industry Expertise & Relationships:

- Utilize your extensive network within the Indian BFSI ecosystem to identify and connect with potential clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies relevant to Fintech and the BFSI Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the IT or Fintech industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

- Demonstrated experience in selling high-ticket size solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.

- In-depth understanding of the dynamics of the BFSI sector and their technology needs.

- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
