Summary :


As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using React Native.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams (including QA engineers, business Analyst) , developing, and deploying applications, and ensuring their functionality and performance.


Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of React Native applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team in all phases of the development lifecycle, including architecture design, code reviews, and implementation strategies.
  • Handson development using React Native to build robust and scalable mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
  • Enforce coding standards, best practices, and maintain high code quality by conducting code reviews, implementing automated testing, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Technical Skills :

  • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in React Native.
  • Firm grasp of the React Native, JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax including DOM Manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Ability to write welldocumented, clean JavaScript code.
  • Diagnose and fix the issues
  • Thorough understanding of React Native and its core Principles.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools
  • Familiarity with modern frontend test tools.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
  • Experience with common frontend development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM etc.
  • Experience with Native Mobile app deployment on App store and google play store

Good To Have Skills :

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Solid grasp of software development best practices
  • Development experience in NODE, Native android or Ios app
