Job Title : Data Scientist AI/ML & Agent DevelopmentLocation : Pune, Indore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore / RemoteEmployment Type : Contract to HireAbout the Role :We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in AI/ML, agent development, and model deployment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building intelligent agents, developing ML models, and delivering scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms. You will play a key role in designing, training, and deploying models that power next-generation AI applications.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement AI/ML models to solve business challenges using advanced algorithms and techniques.- Build, train, and optimize agent-based systems leveraging frameworks such as ADK and Agent Engine.- Develop, deploy, and manage models on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Run and Vertex AI.- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate trained models into production workflows.- Perform model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring to ensure model reliability.- Contribute to continuous improvement of data pipelines and model delivery processes.- Ensure all solutions meet scalability, efficiency, and accuracy standards.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 6- 9 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.- Strong understanding of agent-based architectures (ADK, Agent Engine) and automation workflows.- Experience with Google Cloud Run, Vertex AI, or equivalent ML cloud services.- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines.- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
