Our diverse backgrounds make Prospecta an exhilarating place to work, bringing a rich tapestry of perspectives and ideas.Job description of Senior UX DesignerPosition: Senior UX DesignerLocation: GurugramRole Summary: The Senior UX Designer will lead the design strategy for key modules within Prospecta’s SaaS platforms, ensuring world-class user experiences driven by research, innovation, and consistency. This role requires ownership of the UI design system, mentorship of junior designers, and close alignment with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product experiences.Key Responsibilities- Lead UX research and analysis to define user needs, behavioral patterns, and product usability improvements. - Drive design simplification, ensuring minimal training is needed for users to adopt the product. - Produce advanced UI/UX for presales demos and solution showcases. - Own and maintain the design system and component library, ensuring 100% compliance across development teams. - Deliver high-fidelity prototypes, detailed design specs, and interaction guidelines one sprint ahead of development. - Conduct design reviews and provide guidance to ensure consistency and best practices across the product. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, QA, and leadership to influence product direction and roadmap. - Mentor and guide junior designers in design execution, process, and craft. - Review design implementation quarterly for compliance and quality adherence.Must have:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus. - 5–7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with strong exposure to SaaS or enterprise software. - Proven experience owning design modules or systems end-to-end. - Strong portfolio showcasing advanced UX problem-solving, design systems, and interaction design. - Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools. - Ability to lead design discussions and drive consensus across teams. - Strong understanding of design systems, usability heuristics, and scalable interface patterns.Good to have:- Experience working with complex B2B platforms (MDM, data management, workflow products, etc.) - Prior experience mentoring or leading designers. - Ability to analyze data, user metrics, and incorporate insights into design decisions. - Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). - Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or UX writing.Growth Path:At Prospecta, your career journey is one of growth and opportunity.
