What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Leadmobile-first design strategyand ensure acohesive UX ecosystem . Conductusability testingand research (qualitative/quantitative). Drive design fromideation to execution , developing high-level concepts/flows. Collaborate within anAgile frameworkand effectivelypresent to stakeholders . Managedesign systems , advocate forbest practices/accessibility , and useUX metricsfor iteration. What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications) 5+ years of impactful UX design experience;compelling UX/UI portfolio . Deep mastery of UX/UI principles, industry tools (Figma), andAgile methodologies(JIRA). Proficiency inqualitative/quantitative researchand multi-device design. Proven ability tobalance business goals with user needs . Strong visual/interaction skills,data-informed decision-making , andcross-functional collaboration . Exceptionalcommunication(presentation) skills; proactive, adaptable, and a team-excelling self-starter.
