Location : BangaloreExperience : 6 - 9 YearsNotice Period : Immediate to 15 DaysAbout the Role :We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead large, complex, and high-impact projects across regions and globally. In this role, you will manage customer project delivery, ensure alignment with business and revenue goals, and oversee cross-functional teams of 40+ members.You will be responsible for client engagement at the C-suite level, project financials, and timely delivery while driving innovation, operational excellence, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end customer project delivery across multiple regions or globally.- Handle high-risk and high-complexity projects, including legal and commercial aspects.- Oversee project financials, ensuring budget adherence and accurate forecasting.- Build and manage strong client relationships, engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders.- Lead, mentor, and manage large project teams (40+ resources) including internal and external contributors.- Provide detailed performance reviews and guide team members for professional development.- Drive projects to successful completion by applying advanced scheduling and coordination techniques.Ideal Candidate Profile :- 10- 12 years of project management experience with proven success in large-scale, complex projects.- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters degree preferred).- PMP Certification and Agile Scrum (CSM) certification required.- Strong knowledge of project management policies, methodologies, and frameworks.- Deep expertise in Datacenter, Application Migrations, Implementations, and DevOps Solutions.- Hands-on experience in Cloud Solutions and modern technologies.- Recognized as a leader in the PM professional community.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Why Youll Love Working With Us :NCG (NetConnect Global) is a leading digital transformation, engineering, and professional services company that partners with global enterprises to deliver future-ready solutions.
