The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience as a developer or QA and demonstrate a proven track record of managing teams and delivering technical projects. This role is critical in bridging technical expertise and project management to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities :Project Planning & Execution :- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Track and report project progress, proactively addressing potential risks and issues.Technical Leadership :- Leverage experience in development or QA to provide guidance to the team.- Conduct technical reviews and provide input to ensure the quality and feasibility of deliverables.- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical challenges.Team Management :- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and clear communication.- Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.Stakeholder Communication :- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.Process Optimization :- Implement and improve project management methodologies and best practices.- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and software development standards.- Continuously evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.Required Qualifications and Experience :Technical Background :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Hands-on experience in development or QA for at least 3 years.- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java, or QA.Project Management Expertise :- At least 2 years of experience in a team management or project management role.- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.- Minimum of 5 years in technology roles with a mix of technical and management experience.Desired Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic environments.- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus.
