We are looking for Finance Controller - Agri Inputs in Gurgaon location.

Major Roles & Responsibilites:

- Financial Reporting which includes Data Collection and Internal Reporting. He should ensure quality control over financial reporting.

- Systems, Processes and Controls especially ICOFR. Develop and document such business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Day to Day Business Accounting which will include A/P, A/R, GL , Cost Accounting , Revenue Recognition.

- Ensure quality control over such financial transactions.

- To ensure timely delivery of Monthly report, Preliminary Reporting, MIS Reports, various accounting reports relating to Overheads, Travel, Marketing etc., Statutory Reporting or other regulatory reporting.

- Ensure Internal Audit, Internal Controls are in place, to ensure Statutory Audit is done.

- Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting, reporting packs, variance analysis reports, dashboards, operations reports, financial health reports, management reports, other financial reports and internal reports and analyze them to ensure accuracy of monthly revenue and expenses.

- Analysis of all current capital expenditures, including variance analyses vs. plan, and forecast. Accountable for providing analysis for investment, research, and project spending, including tracking efficiency savings versus business case targets.

- Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting, reporting packs, variance analysis reports, dashboards, operations reports, financial health reports, management reports, other financial reports and internal reports and analyze them to ensure accuracy of monthly revenue and expenses.

- Complete end to end responsibility of preparing and reviewing quarterly, monthly, and annual budget.

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years experience in finance domain with proven experience in agri - inputs or related industry

- Master's degree in Finance or related field. CA is must.

- Proficiency in SAP, Excel and other related financial software.

- Having leadership skills with mutliple stakeholder management.
