Deputy Manager - Finance (CA/Semi-Qualified CA)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager Finance who is a Chartered Accountant or Semi-Qualified CA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, including P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), R2R (Record-to-Report), and Indian accounting standards compliance. The Deputy Manager Finance will report directly to the Finance Manager and will work closely with other departments to ensure the financial health and integrity of the Oversee and manage all financial activities, including but not limited to P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.

- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulations.

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets as required.

- Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting.

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external auditors.

- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

- Participate in strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.

- Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for business Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi CA qualification is required.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, post qualification

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and regulations.

- Experience managing P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.

- Leadership and team management skills.
