Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Manager/Sr. Manager in Digital IP/RTL Design domain to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge SoC solutions. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic team management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality silicon IPs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and Manage the Team: Direct a team of design and verification engineers, providing mentorship and leadership while driving a high-performance culture.

· Develop High-Performance IPs: Design and implement an IP specification using best in class RTL coding practices and techniques. Verify IP ensuring high-coverage, zero defect and timely delivery.

· Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, delegate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.

· Hands-On Technical Leadership: Conduct detailed performance, architectural and design requirement reviews with cross-functional teams, IP Vendors and customers.

· Hiring & Mentorship: Lead hiring efforts, coach team members, and foster career growth through mentoring and training.

· Team Engagement & Performance: Foster a culture of collaboration, oversee employee engagement initiatives, and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications/ Skills :

· Experience:

o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

o 10-20 years of experience in designing and RTL coding using Verilog / System Verilog and verifying design and implementation.

· IP Architecture: Proven ability to architect and develop scalable IP components for complex SoC designs.

· Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading a team of design engineers, delegating tasks, and balancing hands-on technical work with managerial responsibilities.

· Project Management: Experience in project planning, task delegation, milestone tracking, and managing design teams to meet deadlines.

· Hiring & Mentoring: Prior experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent to create a high-performing team.
