As an Engineer – Telecom/ICT/ELV at Dar, you will play a pivotal role in designing prestige projects and will coordinate/work closely with Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize the project design and resolving design technical issues. As a telecommunication design engineer, you will design various types of facilities including commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, office buildings and similar facilities, in addition to infrastructure projects. Design activities include the preparation of reliable telecommunication designs and Tender/Construction Drawings and Documents/Specification for the following system: Data Network System (DNS) Local Area Network (LAN) Wireless Data Network (WDN) Structured Cabling Network (SCN) Voice Communication Systems – IP Telephones Electronic Visual Information System (IP Television) Fire Alarm System (FAS) Public Address System (PAS) Intercom system Master Clock System (MCS) Video surveillance system Access control systemQualifications: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering. Proven experience as telecommunication designer (5-15 years). Strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building systems. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Creative thinking and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design through computational innovation. Knowledge about scripting languages such as Grasshopper/Rhino, Dynamo/Revit, Python, or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and facilitate design iteration. Proven experience in computational design, parametric modeling, and scripting languages is desirable but not Mandatory. Knowledge of Design Software like AUTOCAD, REVIT etc.Interview Process: The Recruitment team will screen all received applications.
