The role of Sales Support Executive will report to the Senior Director of Sales Operations. This critical team player is needed to help manage support functions essential to the Sales team’s productivity and success. This role will work closely with all other positions within the Sales department and cross-departmentally to be effective.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Tasks:· Ensure data integrity/quality by- Auditing system integrations (CRM and Order Entry/Project Management systems)- Verifying accuracy of new entries into the systems- Cleaning and maintaining content within Company, Contact and Deals in CRM· Coordinate sales department initiatives and track efficacy and/or ROI· Report on and calculate sales team contests and spiffs· Distribute incoming leads based on set distribution model· Assist with onboarding and offboarding of sales team members (setting up user accounts, transferring account ownership, creating, and updating report dashboards)· Prepare sales reports and presentations· Support the sales team with proposal documentation, system inquiries, legal agreements, and documentation requests· Ad hoc projects that align with sales team priorities· Uphold company and department policies and procedures· Consistently demonstrate strong organizational skills and communication skills.· Create and maintain a highly professional rapport inter and cross-departmentallySkillset:· A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in roles similar to Sales Support, Sales Operations, Sales Coordinator, or Customer Experience· Proactive, highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively· Ability and willingness to be flexible and pivot priorities to accommodate the business needs· Comfortable communicating externally to clients and have a customer-centric approach· Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving and organizational skills· Strong computer skills – specifically Excel and PowerPoint· Working experience within a CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing· Comfortable working during US business hours
