This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally and financially with a company on the fast track.About the RoleYou will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments under the supervision of certified dermatologists. You’ll ensure client satisfaction through professional service, adherence to protocols, and empathetic care.ResponsibilitiesPerform skin treatments including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and facialsAssist dermatologists during procedures and consultationsMaintain accurate client records and treatment logsEducate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routinesEnsure hygiene and sterilization of equipment and treatment areasManage appointment scheduling and follow-upsUpsell relevant services and products based on client needsParticipate in training programs and stay updated on new technologiesQualificationsDiploma or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skin therapyMinimum 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or aesthetic setupFamiliarity with laser devices and dermatological equipmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and commitment to client safetyPreferred SkillsExperience with HydraFacial, Q-switched laser, and RF treatmentsKnowledge of skin types and common dermatological concernsAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentFluency in English and local languageReports To: Clinic Manager / DermatologistWork Location: Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura Main Road Bengaluru.
