As we scale to serve mid-market and enterprise clients globally, we are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to lead, innovate, and drive our key client project engagementsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Delivery manager to lead and own one/multiple design and product development engagements, ensuring high customer satisfaction, seamless execution, timely delivery. Working closely with customers this role will become a trusted advisor for Divami customers. This individual will report directly to the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) and play a pivotal role in consulting, project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. The Delivery manager will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and AI teams to ensure that every engagement aligns with Divami’s quality benchmarks and strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship & GrowthBuild strong relationships with CXOs and business heads, ensuring Divami is positioned as a trusted partner. Translate client feedback into actionable insights, driving continuous improvements. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status, challenges, and recommendations. Help account managers with opportunities for account expansion, including upselling and cross-selling Divami’s services.Engagement OwnershipOwn the end-to-end delivery of design and engineering projects for one/multiple engagements. Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget while maintaining Divami’s high-quality execution standards. Project planning, execution, and risk mitigation. Continuously monitor project health, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies proactively.Key Responsibilities (Contd)People & Process LeadershipMentor and guide team members, ensuring teams are aligned with Divami’s best practices and methodologies. Continuously optimize project execution through automation, AI accelerators, and workflow improvements. Drive training initiatives to upskill teams in enterprise-grade delivery standards, agile execution, and AI adoption.Quality, Efficiency & GovernanceEnsure adherence to Divami’s Design + AI + Engineering excellence framework. Implement and enforce best practices in agile, DevOps, and AI-driven development methodologies. Monitor QA and performance testing metrics to ensure the final product meets enterprise standards. Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, defect leakage, client satisfaction scores, and efficiency improvements.Cross-Team CollaborationWork with Practice leads, design strategists, product managers, architects, and AI leads to ensure smooth execution. Ensuring alignment between design, engineering, and AI teams & the client business goals.Requirements & Key Skills7+ years of overall industry experience with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in a management role for software development engagements, working with Enterprise clients. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with experience engaging with CXOs and senior executives. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to pre-empt risks and drive continuous improvement. Proven experience in managing design + engineering engagements for enterprise clients. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps, and AI-integrated workflows. Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including UX/UI designers, engineers, test analysts and AI specialists. Ability to drive process optimization through AI and automation, ensuring faster and higher-quality deliveries.
