Job Title:Delivery Manager – Data & Analytics (D&A) Location:Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Experience:10–16 years (with strong experience in analytics delivery and client management) Department:Data & Analytics / Delivery Management Budget:Open to discuss Notice Period:Immediate joiner/ Serving notice with less than 60 days/Notice is less than 45 daysRole Overview: We are seeking an experiencedDelivery Manager – Data & Analytics (D&A)to lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes, effective governance, and exceptional stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing large-scale, insight-driven solutions, with a focus on delivery excellence, automation, and scalable data practices.Key Responsibilities: Own theend-to-end deliveryof D&A programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget adherence. Establish and maintain robustdelivery governanceframeworks and quality standards across projects. Driveclient engagement and stakeholder management , ensuring consistent communication and alignment on outcomes. Deliverscalable, insight-driven solutionsleveraging modern data platforms and analytics tools. Embedstandardized delivery methodologies ,automation practices , and best-in-class delivery processes. Manageproject estimation, resourcing, and financial tracking , ensuring predictable and profitable delivery. Collaborate with architecture, data engineering, and analytics teams to ensure technical and business alignment. Proactively identifyrisks and dependenciesand implement effective mitigation strategies.Must-Have Skills: Proven experience indelivery managementfordata and analytics programs . Strong understanding ofcloud data ecosystems(e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data architecture. Expertise indelivery governance, estimation, and financial management . Excellentclient-facing and stakeholder managementskills. Ability to drivestandardization and automationacross delivery operations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
