Lead curriculum development, teaching delivery, and quality assurance to ensure academic excellence. Mentor faculty and students, supervising key research, projects, and creative campaigns. Drive research, publications, and industry collaborations that enhance the program’s visibility and impact. Build and maintain partnerships with industry, academia, and professional bodies. Oversee departmental operations, including planning, resource management, and staff development.PRE - REQUISITES: PhD in Fashion Marketing, Communication, or a closely related discipline(mandatory). Minimum10+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of lecturing Proven record of academic leadership, research, and teaching excellence in higher education. Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and academic quality assurance. Strong portfolio of scholarly work, industry engagement, or consultancy within the fashion and creative sectors.
