The role demands both academic leadership and strong industry insight to inspire students, advance the curriculum, and strengthen the link between academia and the global fashion business landscape.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops in fashion promotion, branding, and marketing. - Lead assigned modules and ensure assessments meet academic quality standards. - Contribute to curriculum development in alignment with the University of Central Lancashire’s academic framework. - Supervise student projects, portfolios, and final dissertations. - Provide academic and professional guidance to support student development. - Participate in research, consultancy, and industry-linked projects that enhance the program’s profile. - Build partnerships with industry and collaborate with internal academic teams to strengthen teaching and employability outcomes.PRE - REQUISITES:- BSC / Master’s degree (or higher) in Fashion Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline. - Minimum 7-10 years of working experience and 2-5 years of teaching experience - Minimum of 5–7 years’ teaching and/or professional experience in fashion promotion, branding, or related creative industries. - Proven experience in curriculum development and student mentorship. - Strong network within the fashion and creative sectors will be an advantage.
