With a global workforce of over 80,000 professionals and a presence in more than 50 countries.Job Title: Rotating Equipment EngineerLocation: Pan IndiaExperience: 10 - 15 YearsEmployment Type : Contract-to-HireWork Mode: Work From OfficeNotice Period : Immediate to 15 daysJob Description:Project OverviewA leading energy organization is initiating a pilot project to implement asset strategies for rotating equipment under a Reliability Driven Execution RDE programme The strategies are defined in GE APM and will be executed via SAP and eSOMS systems The pilot aims to establish a scalable model for enterprise-wide deploymentKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the onsite execution lead for the pilot implementation of asset strategiesValidate reconcile and obtain approval for asset strategies loaded in GE APMCoordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure accurate implementation of strategies into SAP and eSOMSConduct field verification and inspections of rotating equipment to support strategy validationCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the scalability and standardization of the pilot modelUtilize GE APM for reliability and strategy executionConsult with clients and lead technical workshopsEnsure client satisfaction through proactive communicationCollaborate with offshore teams across time zonesCoordinate reporting and analysis between onsite and offshore teamsRequired Skills ExperienceBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field1015 years of experience in the Oil Gas industry with a strong focus on rotating equipment eg pumps compressors turbines motorsHands-on experience with GE APM Meridiam SAP PM and eSOMSProven ability to lead onsite execution and collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsStrong understanding of asset strategy development implementation and lifecycle managementExcellent communication stakeholder engagement and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsProfessional certifications such as CMRP PE or equivalentExperience in pilot project execution or strategy deployment in GE APM SAP PMFamiliarity with RDE programmes and enterprise asset management systemsExposure to digital reliability platforms and data driven maintenance modelsSkillsMandatory Skills : AVEVA Enterprise SCADA,GE SCADA, Ignition SCADA,CYGNET-SCADA, Automation and Instrumentation, Rockwell SCADA,AR_VR_MR
